In late June, 2010 Cisco hosted its annual analyst conference dubbed C-Scape, collocated with its Cisco Live! customer conference. Total attendance at the combined event included about 12,000 physical attendees and an equal number of virtual attendees. While much of the attention at the event was on Cisco products and recent announcements, there were several themes throughout the event that highlighted the short term and long term visions of the company and how it is migrating from being just a networking vendor to being a comprehensive solutions provider to large and small enterprises.
